Mexican stole my son's bike

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
I had lived in this community for 4 months, before I paid my way out of the lease. My son had an old bike that he left unattended for no more that 1 minute and some -------- snatched it up. My home was infested with centipedes and I could never do laundry because some tenants would leave their clothes in the dryer for days. On the positive not, the home had plenty space, and I had no problems with the neighbors in my unit.
