I lived here for a long time. The management is pretty good when it comes to repairs, and the maintenance is good. The safety is awful, too many ---------, gang fights, trash, litter and car vandals. There have been several hit and runs too. A lot of good people moved from here because the safety went down dramatically.

I haven't seen any gang fights, but I have seen plenty of trash and vandalism. If you're concerned about your safety, I'd not recomend this place.
