I have lived in Richmar Apts for years. I've seen people come and go through the years. I never had any major problems with my neighbors or the staff of the apartment complex. In fact, whenever I have an issue to address to the landlord (Kim Highlander), she always responded immediately. I'm very happy that they have a cleaning crew to keep the landscaping clean, as well as the hallways. Years ago we didn't have that. As far as the noise is concern, that's is apartment living for you. We as a community have to respect our fellow neighbors, in keeping the noise down to a minimum. The rates here are so much cheaper than some other places in the area of Owings Mills. That's one of the major reason why I've stayed here so long. I've been to other places to check out their apartment rate. I must say Richmar is one few places that have a lower rate than the other places I've check out. I'm very happy living here at Richmar Apt.. I have a good tenant/landlord relationship with Kim Highlander. When I do decide to leave this complex, I will miss it greatly. It has been my home for thirteen years. A place where I met new friends, my adopted latino parents and a place where I referred other co-workers to moved to as well. I think Richmar is a great place to live. It is very convenient to a shopping area, restaurants, MTA bus line and schools for those who have children. I would recommend Richmar to anyone whose looking to live in an apartment. Thank you Richmar Apt. for all you have done me. This have been my home since I graduated from college.
