I want to let everyone know the staff of Richmar is wonderful. I want to let everyone know how wonderful they are..... On Monday January 7,2008 my daughter lost her keys and went to the office to get a spare key.. Ms. Kim was not in the office and Matthew who has never met my daughter nor I explain to my daughter she would have to call her so I could give permission for him to let her in.. I was in the hospital and been in the hospital since friday and I had suffered from a mini stroke. My daughter tried to reach me on my cell phone and I did not answer. I was taking a test and could not have my phone on. Mr. Matthew asked my daughter what hospital is your mother in, she told him. Mr. Mattew called my room and said Ms. Kim was not there and could I speak to my daughter and make sure it was my daughter. Mr. Mattew took the extra step to get the number and call the hospital to see if he could reach me. I was so thankful he called the hospital. Now how many rental offices will take the extra step for a resident. I spoke with Mr. Matthew about the locks being changed due to my daughter losing her keys. I was very worried about her being in the house and her losing the key, he explain to me the cost and I could pay the fee on my next rent. I told him give me a few and I would call him back. Witin 20 mins of them going to get a key to let my daughter in, Derrick who is one of the staff who works for Richmar was at my house spoke with me on the phone and said your daughter is in safely. He asked is there anything else he can do for us. I said not at this time. He said hope you get well and if you need anything let us know and we will take care of it...My daughter did not lose her key she left in school.. I was very happy to know this staff went the extra mile to make sure my daughter was let in the house and was safely in.. I know for a fact other apartments would not have cared.. Thank you so much for all this staff did for my daughter while I was in the hospitl. It makes me feel they care in Richmar

There is one thing I would like to see change and that is designated parking. Or more lights in the parking lots. I come home late at times and have to park in the next lot and it is dark walking down the street.
