I have lived in the Richmar Apartment community for 8 years. I moved down from PA with my daughter into a 2 bedroom. My first view of the apartment was so amazing I had to have it. The sun shone brightly onto beautiful hardwood floors that were like glass. I have since down sized into a 1 bedroom that has the same beautiful hardwood floors and open floor plan. I have found the office staff to be professional. Tha maintenance staff competent. The grounds have been recently upgraded and the overgrown bushes have been replaced with newer shrubs. We do have parking problems due to the number of extra residents that my latin neighbors take in during the evening hours. Being boisterous people, my latin neighbors do like to party and honk to each other in the parking lots - causing disruptions. Along with the constant driving in and out.

I love my apartment and I have found Kim Highlander to be the quinessential property mananger. Though I believe it is one of the toughest jobs one can have, it is a business, but she manages with heart.
