I looked many places before deciding to move here. I compared prices as well as amenities and could not find any place I Liked as well. I have lived here now for 9 months and will defintely plan on staying for many years to come. With the rising gas prices it works for me because I work right here in Owings Mills. The decision to move here was a good one and I will and do recommend to anyone who wants a nice comfortable place to live that has a caring supportive staff.l

Wow, if you lived here for 9 months and still want to stay either you're out of your mind or you simply don't know any better. Perhaps hatebeinggarenter is correct in his/her presumption.

Not here, if you have to work from 8-5 and need the rest at night and want to feel safe in your apartment, because you can hear all the good or bad noises your neighbors make, especially your up-stair, feel safe? we all know what that means, ask them what happened lately....

This review is total BS. Anyone who really lives here can tell you that Richmar is not a very nice place to live. It's dirty and it's dangerous. We were all suckered in here by the low price...which only lasts your first year.

WOW, way too much time. Get a life maybe you will be happier. I love my apartment and my neighbors are great. I live in the back my apartment faces the woods. I can sit on my patio and watch deer walk by. Breath taking
