I moved to richmar apt in december of 2007. I am moving on to bigger and better things now but overall I had no real issues with this apt complex. I always got numerous compliments when someone came to my apartment for the first time and the staff was always friendly and courteous when I went into the leasing office. The property manager is tough but fair, I can't tell you how many times she has tired to work with me on numerouse issues I had with my downstairs neighbor to try and come to a situation that worked for the both of us. You live with grown folks you cannot blame the property for other people behavior. The only issue I did have was the smell in the hallway from time to time. I felt safe and for someone who comes from work at 1am I was never afraid to go home and Im a single female. So in closing It was a pretty decent place to live and NO I DO NOT WORK AT THE COMPLEX.

Yes, staff is always nice, but staff is not the neighbour that has party or walk in iron shoes at 2am.

Wish more staff lived near me. My building is full of obnoxious rude dirty illegal aliens. The hallways smell like a mens room now.

how do you know they are illegal are you just assuming? thats not right. if hall stinks call the office
