I visited the Richmar Apartments recently with the hopes of renting a 1 BR.
Here is my review for this complex as a potential tenant.
PROS:Nice Hardwood floors, apartments have lots of space, main office staff appear to be very helpful, pets allowed, feels safe.
CONS:There appears to be a lack of noise control/enforcement.AC doesn't appear to blow cold air in the model apt. Continued loud barking & the dogs appear larger than the stated pet size/lb limit (but then again the property cant control dogs barking).
NOTE: Since I was from out of State, On Sunday,I gave the gentlemen a $30 app fee to hold the apt for 10 days. After reviewing other properties, I decided on a different complex. I contacted Richmar Monday evening (24 hrs later), to advise them there was no need to "Hold" the apt. I was asked what was my reason, I explained based on what I had observed, appears to be a little louder than I would prefer, & overral appearance/structure quality was a concern. He then asked (which I felt was a little inappropriate)..."What were the other apt complexes you were considering/visited'" I gave him my 2 selections and thanked him for his time as the conversation did end professionally.

Well, I do think the main problem of noise could be one that is fixed easily, maybe if they enforce the rules a little more. I don't know, I'm not an apartment manager. I just really liked the apartment and regret not being able to lease with them.
