I've been here for a couple of years now, can't complain. I feel safe letting my kids go to the playground and pool without fear of anything bad happening. I like my neighbors, and for the most part my building is pretty quiet. Apartment living is what it is and occassionally there is a neighbor playing loud music, but everyone has those days so it's no big. The school district is fantastic- I love Cedarmere. My apartment is big, the closets are a pretty fair size too.

Obviously this is a false post. Anyone who lives here knows that Richmar isn't the bottom of the barrel, but that it's pretty close to it. A safe place for kids? I don't think so, the new playground is a place of contention between children and parents. I have seen police there weekly because of parents fighting parents and kids fighting kids. I wonder how long before we find a body floating in the pool. For the same rental rates, go to allyson gardens 2. It's a newer complex with a better atmosphere and has the same rates.
