i lived here for 2 yrs and i anit got no problems wit richmar.u going to get noise and whatever else everyone is complaining bout else were.i think ------ is great and maints is good they nice and they speak.management works wit me ------ gave me a change and approved me to get a apartment when no else did.i like that things are close to walk since i have no car.the laundry room is good enough for me ---- it gets the job done so why complain...i love all race of people and dnt matter were u go at theres goin to be all races of people so if that bothers you then i dnt know what to tell u cuz this america is filled with different races of people...i dnt let things bother me i work at nite so when i come home i hear no noise i can rest doing the day and relax at night when i do get a day off..my neighbors can be loud but i have had that every apartment i lived in and i have a son and my neighbors understand tehy dnt complain..people just let the little things bother u..to me its a safe area i work at nite by myself and im a young female...---- u can get attacked or messed with anywere u go..the men dnt bother me ---- anit no different then getting hit on at a club or the mall or anywere else that theres men around...stop sweating the small things i thing richmar is a good place to live im happy with it....i would tell anyone to move here i dnt find it to b bad at all

We all know good and well that the comments here are false and that management wrote this making it sound as if someone with no education wrote it with it's terrible language. You need "hooked on Phonics" 1-800-Educate
