Riverstone Apartments has been a pleasant experience overall, though there are definite improvements that need to be made in order to retain their valued tenants. I have enjoyed my time here, but the increased rent has been the deciding factor that its time to leave.

Excellent staff, maintenance is very responsive and professional. Grounds always well maintained, best pool in the area. Quiet and safe. Ample parking and well lit property. Some residents need to clean up after their dog and use the trash compactor correctly. My only complaint

Great location with proximity to highway, public transportation, shopping, services and entertainment. Close access to Baltimore, I-70 & I-95, as well as short commutes to DC, the MoCo suburbs and up to Frederick or into PA are a plus.

This community is well maintained. It is closed to the general public and in order to gain entry you must be a resident, visitor or have business in the community. The atmosphere is very friendly and the management is extremely professional

My apartment has aged appliances fixures counter tops and bathroom tile. This was disappointing to me. My unit was removed in 2017. An adequate inspection should have been done prior to me moving in.

I really like the location, community, and the layout of my apartment. I think it would be better to designate non-smoking buildings at least, if not the entire complex or ensure that there is not much shared air movement between the units.

I haven't had any bad experiences so far. Everything has been perfect! The leasing staff is excellent and the neighborhood is kept clean. One thing I will say is that the gates stay open for a long time after a car drives through.

So far my experience has been mediocre. The apartment and it's grounds are beautiful but communication with the leasing office and maintenance staff here sucks. Maintenance had to be called back twice for work that wasn't complete
