I know you like the fireplace and the leasing office is beautiful... but it is not worth it!

I can hear people above me open and close their bathroom drawers, walk, flush toilets, etc.

The trash issue is terrible there are still Christmas trees outside. No one will tell you that people walk around with huge doggs and no leashes. My friend was almost attacked getting out of her car.

There is little to no follow up when you make a complaint. Don't be fooled by the nice leasing agents, it's their job!

Please listen to the comments and do not rent here.. no matter what special rates they are offering. We have not had a real manager for over 3 months and a new leasing co. just took over.

Also kids that live around the corner may just happen to be playing games in your breeze way. But is anyone going to do anything about it! NO!

Do like me and find another place to live. You will end up spending more money if you rent here because you will have to pay double moving expenses. First to move in and second to move out as soon as your lease is up. I have only been at the property since June of 2003. It was still new and there were not too many comments on this site.

Trust us, this is a shiny package with a mountain of garbage inside.

Listen, and don't be fooled. There are better places to live around here with less flash.
