We have lived here for almost four months, and we are already counting down to move. This community looks nice on the outside, but it is DEFINITELY NOT WHAT WE HOPED!!! THE NOISE IS INTOLERABLE, other tenants dont care about the place...they blare their car stereos you can here them coming long before the arrive, they drop trash...(fast food wrappers, empty beer cans, and liquor bottles )anywhere. The people above us must be practicing for the next strong man competition, by moving large objects from one place to another for hours on end... our next door neighbors LOVE THEIR MUSIC, AND EVIDENTLY THEY MUST THINK THAT WE LIKE IT ALSO!!! The noise is pretty much day and night!!! The security gates are always broken. The parking situation is terrible...(unless you pay more for a garage) The clubhouse is usually occupied by unsupervised (and not well behaved) children. The staff seem like they could care less about any of these issues. The one time we needed maintenance they responded quick and efficiently. However, that alone is not enough to make us want to stay.
