In my opinion everything about this place isn't all bad. Yes the office team is very rude at times and the Captain of the ship is never there, but there are some people who care. The one girl on the maintenance teams really kicked a$$ for a while. Then she finally got some help so things are getting fixed pretty fast now. I don't like how they keep changing staff but this new guy is a real cool guy. I try to stay away from the office but the two people they have out on the property represent the company well
