DON'T MOVE HERE -- VERY BAD PLACE!

We have lived at Riverston at Owings Mills since they first built the complex. At first, when the apartment was owned by a different company, things were great. BUT, now this place has become the WORST PLACE ON EARTH to live at!!! Here is why:
The manager and office staff are rude, unattentave, and overall don't understand the concept of customer service.
The walls must be the cheapest and most thin walls you can get, because I can hear every little noice my neighbor makes. (This will drive you crazy)
The complex is POORLY maintained, the pool looks like it's growing mold and the grass and plants are in terrible condition.
This so called "gated community" has gates that are broken half the time and it takes them forever to fix.
There is a clubhouse with billiard room, etc, however, you probably wont end up using it, since in order to do so, you have to first deal with the RUDE office staff. (I'd rather sit a home and read... and I hate reading''')
People are constantly leaving their trash around the trash compactor... instead of placing it in the trash compactor -- this makes the complex look like a dump. Sometimes this happens because the trash compactor is actually broken (go figure).
There was a shooting in one of the apartments... and I have seen the cops in the complex way too often (can't be a good sign). There was a car theft issue.
There are some nice people that live here, but there are also some thugs that I guess live here. I know most of the people that moved in when I did have ALL left because of the above reasons.
I can go on-and-on about how bad this place is, but hopefully you get the idea. TRUST ME: Don't move here!
