these aparments are very over priced compared to other apartments in the area. The office staff including the new manager are very rude and make residents feel they are bothering them when you need assistance or have a maintenance request. The apartments on Painter Mills Road shake when cars drive by. You feel like you are living on a highway you can't keep the widows open. The trash compactor is piled high with garbage the residents just leave there trash.
