ALL OF THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE, NO ONE HAS EXAGGERATED. BUT IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR PROOF THAT MANAGEMENT IS RUDE HERE, READ ON:
When my husband and I were looking at these as our prospective home, we were shown everything we wanted to see, our questions were answered with a smile...and so we signed the lease. Little did we know. The very next day when we were moving in, I walked over to the office to get a copy of my lease. I walk in and there sat 2 ladies at the desks. I walked to the closest desk and asked for a copy. The lady who sat behind the desk asked me if I could wait until the next morning. Unfortunately I could not. She then proceeded to tell me WHILE SITTING AT THE FRONT DESK that I would have to wait because she was not finished with her lunch. I don't know about you but if I'm working and I need a lunch break, I eat in a back room or kitchen - both of which this office has-instead of looking like I'm avaible to help the residents. She never did get a copy of my lease for me, the other lady sitting at the desk next to her decided to help me at that point.
