We moved to Riverstone in August 2005 and it has been a pleasant experience. The neighborhood is fairly quiet and the diversity is wonderful, in my point of view. People keep to themselves. The fitness center is upgraded and handy. Parking can be scarce late at night, but in the big scheme of things that's not a big problem. There is lots of cabinet space and the bathrooms are slightly luxurious, a little better than others. Our apartment has crown molding, cathedral ceiling, recess lighting, and carpeting inside the bathrooms (sets it apart from over complexes). We even have a large size washer and dryer in the unit. People who are complaining are really touchy. Some staff members can be irritable anywhere you go. But really, how much are you dealing with staff during your stay at an Apt. complex - not very much. ??? What are you on???? To add some counterpoint to your comments: 1. Quiet??? you must have thicker walls than anyone else or your neighbors have all deserted you.... 2. Upgraded fitness center? Do you consider several weeks/months to repair broken equipment and upgrade... that's a REPAIR not an upgrade! 3. Parking late at night is a LOT more important than daytime parking.... given the neighborhood crime (shooting, murder, car theft, car vandalism...) 4. Your description of the "features" sounds liek you copied it from a brochure... the ones the leaasing agent use to lie to prospective tennants... Hmmm..... makes me wonder if you're one of them and not a real tennant. 5. Really touchy??? Irritable anywhere you go??? You must be used to extraordinarily poor customer service! Or... again.... you're one of them.... 6. How much am I dealing with staff? WAY TOO MUCH! There's so much to bring to their attention! Goodness knows, their not paying attention!
