Live somewhere else

While I don't agree with the whole section 8 housing thing (an am a bit offended by it), I also don't think that Riverstone is a nice place to live.
I had problems with the grounds being covered in dog poo and the noise. I also had a huge problem with the staff there. Although a couple of people in the office were nice there is this one woman (long dark hair) who is completely ridiculous with her unprofessional and rude attitude. Keeping someone like that one your staff is a liability and bad management. I think your opinon of the office staff really depends on what you need from them. If it requires any work on their part you will probably get an attitude.
It is also true that work orders take about a week to complete and that is only if you call every day. I think the rent is too high at Riverstone to justify the poor service, especially because you pay for all of your utilities.
I looked at Briarwood Apartments a block away on Lakeside and loved the staff there. I wish we had lived there instead. Although, there was a double murder at Lakeside apartments (sandwiched in between Briarwood and Riverstone) a couple of months ago. It may be better just to look some place other than Owings Mills.
