The managment is rude, and very unhelpful and unsympathic to any situation. The maintenance staff is very efficent and prompt to help fix your problem. The noise level is unreal for a gated community there is alot of traffic in and out. Also they need to screen potential tennants better, they need to keep the drug dealers out. But it seems they would rather rent to them than a law abiding citizen. I would not recommend this community to anyone. For what you pay for rent here it is way over priced.
