Going on the third year in this community. Out of a need to escalate a serious complaint I recently asked the property manager for information on how to contact the corporate headquarters and the manager flat out refused. The manager was condesending, abusive, and rude. The fact that the information (which by the way is a matter of public record) was with held from me as a paying tenant was shocking. The noise level of this community is unreasonable. On a daily basis the stemware in my china cabinet shakes from the tenants upstairs that storm above my head like a heard of elephants. The monthly rent they charge is higher than most average people pay for a mortgage. Everything you have read about the trash compactor is true. Every weekend you can see piles upon piles of trash heaped around the compactor. It's ghetto. I'm surprised that the property has not been cited by the health department. It looks like a slum here within a suburb! The gated security they pitch as an incentive to live here is a joke!. Your safety is not a concern of this management company. Upon renewing my last lease they actually make you sign a disclaimer that if someone piggy-backs their way thru the gate they are not liable. So tell me what is the use of the gate' All things negative considered management is the worst! Just try to voice a complaint with any of the principal agents of this management company and see how many call backs you get. They simply don't care. If they don't care then word to the wise don't give this place your hard earned dollars, find another place to live!
