FIRST of all i was promised a 1st floor apt. the day i signed the lease the manager told me that i was moved to a diff apt building but that it was still 1st floor. i moved in the next day to find my apt was on the 2nd floor. AND my apt was on top of all FOUR yes FOUR garages..so everytime my neighbors came and go i could HEAR and FEEL it.

The ladies in the office were nice when we were signing our lease but after that if you have a problem they don't give a crap. They look at you like "what the hell do you want'" and mind you i didn't go in that often. but i had to ask many times for a copy of my lease when i first moved in and they just kept telling me that they would send it. well i moved out in august and i still haven't recieved it!

I considered renewing, just out of laziness but when i asked about renewing they looked at me like i was bothering them and told me they'd mail me a letter when it was time.

also a week after i moved in, i found out from one of my neighbors that someone was shot in or near the parking lot and the management did nothing but deny it. also there were always police and fire trucks (at least every other week) creating a ruckus...overall hated the whole experience
