My god people, it's an apartment complex, not the Biltmore Estate. I've had no problems with the management thus far and no complaints as well. If I have issues, they are fixed in a timely manner. If you have noise complaints, then tell your neighbors not to have 8 kids. Everyone seems pretty friendly to me, although i am seldom around for the weekends b/c I travel. The late rent policy is fine. If you cant afford it-get out. The only complaint I have being an out-of-state resident is Maryland itself. Talk about a third world country. Baltimore is a joke. The only reason i'll leave sooner than later is b/c my company will relocate me to a real state. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Whew what a slam! But, I've got to say, I've been here for 8 years and you have put my thoughts together in one phrase. Third-World but, from that perspective I just think it's cultural and being the middle child not really north or south, B-More has some growing pains. No in love but...Possibly we should begin a transplant support group! I'm around the corner @ briarwood, I'll leave it at that!
