Firstly I would like to say that except for the leasing staff, the property manager is rude, speaks down to you and is un-professional and rude. She is not helpful in any manner, has NO customer service skills, when she is there to serve ME. I went in to take my rent and was told by BARBARA (the property manager)that I could not be friendly with the leasing staff because they were "busy" and not allowed to solcialize with residents!! I find this to be very unacceptable when it comes to Landlord/Tenant relations. I once overheard a conversation with Barbara(the property manager) and other residents where a male resident was complaining about "baning on the wall" (sex) and she responded by saying "What are you jealous 'cause you can't keep up'" WHAT IS THAT'!'!'!
AND SHE IS STILL EMPLOYED THERE'!'!'!'!'
