I can not dispute any of the issues addressed by other residents, but I can say that as someone who has lived in over a dozen communities over my years for professional reasons, that Riverstone is definitely I cut above most other rental communities. Sure some people may complain of noise, but if they wanted to spend a bit more money they could have their apartment on the quiet court side of the building. After reading a few of these negative reviews I can only see these as personal issues not ones that would effect every resident.

The community is very well maintained. Being that it is less than 5 years old there is very little maintenance necessary in the individual units. Upon move in my unit was in good as new condition, (which it was at the time). Every amenity you could ask for is at Riverstone. I had a one bedroom with an attached garage, (very hard to find), ceiling fans, 9 foot ceilings with crown molding, wall to wall deep carpet, huge windows overlooking the pool, mint appliances, (high powered built in microwave along with a gas stove, and all of my utility bills were reasonable. Other units have fireplaces and vaulted ceilings too. This along with the pool, business center with computer access, and a weight room that is better than you will find in most apartments made this a very comfotable home for more than 3 years. another positive was that at least in my area of the complex we had quality neighbors sharing social interaction, etc.

Did I have any issues while there, sure I did. However, as a diligent renter with timely rent payments all of my concerns were always handled in a timley and reasonable manner. I can also say that I believe there was some transition difficulty with the new propety management company. I believe at this point they've ironed out any challenges and have the proper management team in place for the future.

If you're wondering who "Eric" was, check out "The Ghetto" response. He was a freak'in staff member!!! Again, they're trying to prop up their ratings and give some kind of a sales pitch at the same time! Jerks.
