A lot safer? How do you come to this conclusion. Safety is a relative term. Do mean less non-white people?

So, I guess someone getting shot, car thefts, and car vandalism are worse in the "other places around here"??? I definitely need not just a new apartment, but a new neighborhood! 3rdsun: Get a grip! There was NOTHING racist in the review! No matter how stupid it was! EESH!
