I lived here for just under 3 yrs and I have not experienced any bad issues yet. Of course, I have had maintenance requests but they were just routine just as if I were in my own home! The staff has had many changes since I've been there but it seems that with the change of management/owner back in the summer everyone that works there is much happier about who they work for. The previous manager was not so friendly and she made her people not so happy. As for complaints that I've read here, I would say that it's the people who live here that make some of the issues that exist. Like the trash compactor for instance, don't be so lazy people, chek to see if the thing is working. I've gone up to it when others simply put their trash at the sidewalk and I've been able to use the thing! Also, people with pets...they provide poop bags and stations to put your pets waste. What more can they do to help you keep good care of your home! Thank you to the people who work here, you've made My stay a great experience!

What more can they do???? How about enforce the rules! I have observed pet owners who do not pick up after their dogs and the staff was standing there watching it too! And they did nothing. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, she was rude and condescending and, also, did NOTHING! They need to fix things that are broken and enforce the rules. That's the MINIMUM they could do.... their job!
