I've lived here for two years, and had NO problems whatsoever. Our apartment is on the top floor, and lugging groceries from the car can be a hassle (no elevator). Other than that, I would highly recommend it. Central heating and air-conditioning; washer dryer in the apartment; excellent floor plan - nice big walk-in closet in the master bedroom; kitchen with double sink, garbage disposal, microwave, oven and gas stove; deck or patio. The location is fantastic - the mall, restaurants, AMC theaters, metro, and Food Lion (grocery store) are all less than 1 mile away. Gold's Gym is 10 mins drive. Bus stop about 5 mins walk. Pediatrician across the road. Goddard school and the primary school about 3 miles away. 20 mins drive to Baltimore downtown. Onsite maintenance, responsive and well-mannered. Good residents for the most part. Management can be rude and annoying at times, but overall not too bad. nice clubhouse and pool. the "gym" is tiny but ok if you don't want to run down to Gold's or Curves. I'm moving out this month because of a job change, and wish I didn't have to!
