I have lived here for 6 months and have had enough to move out.The walls are paper thin.the floor creek.The people living below allways have a problem because they can hear us walk and mind you no one in my family is 200 pounds. I could hear people living upstairs walking.When u live in an apartment building some noise is but obvious but when your neighbours start complaining about small things it then becomes a pain.They complain that my daughter walks a lot.............SHE IS 2 YEARS OLD how hard would she put her foot to make an unbearable noise.


I lived on the 2 floor but still had ant problems and in Oct. spiders and all different insects.The scenery was good in the summer(my apartment was in the back).Could see deers once in a while but the neighbors used to feed the foxs meat because of which they would come very near to the buildings.The balcony is [retty good but not of use because there are a lot of insects and bugs around and in the process of going out and coming in u invite some inside.

breaking into garages was a common thing.I once saw a guy jumpinhg over the fence to get inside the complex and this was during day time.Those big gates are just for show.People wait outside in the parking lot(in front of the club house) to follow u in.
Oh yeah and the garbage diposal...........................if u have a little kid in the house warn him before use because when u use it the whole counter shakes.
