We have lived here for 2 years and the original owners of this place had horrible staff and service. The previous owners sold this place and the new owners are even worse. Gates are ALWAYS broken and open, seems that ANYONE can move in here. Including drug dealers and teens who think its ok to smoke pot on the grounds and trash the place. Maintenance is horrible. If you are 18 years old and have 5 roomies who need a place to party and smoke weed all hours of the night. This is the hot spot for you! Also, it is OBVIOUS that the owners or staff have written some of the few reviews that are good. (Example, one of those reviews mentions that all apartments are nice. How would one resident know that'')I would NOT recommend this community to anyone who wants a safe place to live in peace and quiet. BEWARE OF THIS DUMP!!!!!!!

This could not be said better. Anytime you have an issue you are made to feel as "you" are the problem. This place is so ghetto and they advertise that its great. I should have known better when i saw a helicopter do its daily fly by that we were soon to become the next compton.....

Yep. G H E T T O! TRASH ALL OVER THE PLACE. They used to clean the stairways and halls regularly. Not anymore since the new ownership.
