I just moved out of from Riverstone. My experience overall was OK. Let me preface that by saying, I didn't use the pool or gym and didn't have that much interaction with the management staff. The only bad comment that I have is with the structure of the main door. Whenever residents on my floor came/left, whenever the door opened and closed, it made the door to my apartment 'jump' giving the impression that someone was trying to get it. It used to freak my son out. I place a maintance call and was told that that's how it was and nothing could be done. Oh well.

For those of you who are scheduling to move out - that part was pretty smooth. The only thing that I didn't know was that they have an independant carpet person come in and review/audit the carpet and report out to the office the conditon. Oh well.

Monique in the main office is great in my opinion. It was a hard decision for me to leave b/c I didn't have any main issues. The $$$ is finally what got me in the end. With the increase, it just wasn't worth the square footage. Parking spaces were gone by 6:30 PM EST if you didn't have a garage or assigned space, but Oh well.

All in All, Life (for me) at Riverstone was OK.

That's a great idea about calling the police. I didn't think about that. I will definitely do that the next time I decide to move. Thanks for that tip!!

I talked with a woman who lives there yesterday since January and she said she likes it but the price is high. She also mentioned that she and her mom called the police and they said this place has less number call to police. It is a very good ideas we never thought about it. My daughter got the decent price and since we said my daughter will work for the company XYZ nearby, she waived all the fees and the deposit will go to the first month rent. Compare with the one we really like, this one is a little better and more features in apartment such as fireplace, microwave & alarm system. In addition, this one is few years newer.
