Today my wife and I were riding by Riverstone and replied, "this is a nice looking complex". In the market for apartment shopping we stopped to view the Riverstone apartments. As soon as we walked inside it went down hill from there. First we were not greeted properly by staff. It was understandable that they were assisting other people but they did not acknowledge us at all. We stood there for about 10 minutes and no one said I'll be right with you or nothing. I would hate to say that the reason that this happened is because of our race, but it sure seems that way by the look on their faces. They probably sterotyped my looks and put me in a certain class, however they don't have a clue who you are. Because I was a police officer, all black people are not bad. Thanks for not wanting to assist us because we will probably find a better community.

Don't worry, you are not missing anyting. I lived there for 4 years and the apartments are nice and when I moved in the staff was great. It went downhill the last couple of years. They have been through a couple of managers and staff is not responsive. It was close to work for me and I had a garage and I figured I am not living with the staff but the grounds and the trash compactor made me realiized I had enough. It was so dirty. The hallways, the parking lot. It is not worth the money. Keep Driving.
