I live here now and absolutely can NOT wait to move!!! the management staff has favorites and if your not "in" oh boy you are surely OUT...out of luck!! 1st example - the complex picnic. I went and wanted to get a plate of food I was told there was no more but yet dawn was fixing plates and taking them inside. Monique had her whole frickin family there and consistently brought them plate after plate. After seeing this I just took my daughter and son and left. Another thing about this place is maintenece goes into your home and fails to leave a note just muddy footprints and a deactivated alarm. I think the worsst thing ever is that they place families with children in 1 specific area -well let me rephrase that all black children! This place looks nice and management will seem nice when you first meet them but let your neighbor complain about noise!!! I have 2 children YOU ARE GOING TO HEAR LAUGHTER AND FOOTSTEPS sometimes ! They need to change how they follow up on complaints because I dont appreciate a notice everytime my over 65 yr old neighbor hears something!! I will recommend this hell hole to no one!

Please don't base your decision to move here based on above review. That person is obviously upset with their life. Think about it.... how much do you really come in contact with the staff to know who is supposedly "IN". If you are noticing that you are more than likely spending too much time in the rental office (probably looking for cookies). Riverstone is great..Monique is a wonderful woman, maintenance does leave a notice, and my carpet has never been left "muddy". So stop in to formulate your own opinion...don't base it on the ignorance written above.

Neighbors have a right to complain about noise and at least the apt acknowledges the complaints. Right now is a good time to get a house.

Diva 0428, you are either stupid or you are "IN" with the stafff. The staff definately has favorites and you dont need to hang out in the office to know this. Just look at who gets away with anything they want. The hold different standards to different people whether anyone likes it or not. If i complained about noise I would be in the office every day. Its an apartment and if you want quiet then YOU should move out. Obviously the last person to post has never been in contact with children. You are an idiot and are opening yourself up to abuse if you post here again.

If my children were treated as poorly at a community picnic as this tenant's, I'd be unhappy, too. Imagine how the children felt when told there was no food for them while plates of food were being distributed to others. Management should have made every effort to feed all tenants, regardless of any personal biases.
