Great Place!! From Apartment to Staff

I moved into Riverstone At Owings Mills right after the New Year. I did all of my research even reading Apartment Ratings and just don't agree with everything that people are saying on here. I visited several properties and the first time I saw Riverstone, I knew we belonged here. The staff was extremely friendly (Monique especially) each and every time I called and even friendlier in person. From the beautiful kitchen (white on white appliances) to the built-in computer niche and the spacious garden soaking tub. Landscaping is immaculate! There is a fitness center that is 24-hours and they have free weights. No other complex offer that! This place is great!!
Yeah, parking can be a problem, especially in front of the building we were in. You can hear some noise from the neighbor above, however, that is apartment living. That will be the only complaint that I have. We was only at Riverstone for 6 months and left because I got engaged....in that time, whenever I went into the office, I still received the same persona from the staff as I did from day 1.
Do you own research as I did and I am quite sure that you will be happy as we were.

When will the staff learn that everyone knows when they write these things?! It's in the terms you use! It always sounds like a sales pitch! Not to mention the spelling and grammar errors! Do not be fooled! Anyone can pretend to be courteous long enough to get you to sign on the dotted line! Anyone can show you ONLY the parts of the property they want you to see! You can't judge a book by its cover, no matter how false it is! Read the REAL reviews! By tenants who have done time at Riverstone!

LMFAO!!! As we were reading this, we kept saying to ourselves, Someone in the office wrote this for sure! Who calls it a garden soaking tub?? who reports on every aspect of the community like a sales person?? Hillarious. and of course. the signature is written in the review... "The staff was extremely friendly (Monique especially)". LOL!
