I have been here for a little over a month and I love it so far! I was very nervous about choosing this apartment because of the poor ratings but I'm glad I moved here. All of my leasing interactions were with Monique and she has always been very helpful. My move-in went very smoothly. I love the layout of my apartment. Some people have complained about parking but I always find a parking spot right in front of my building. I didn't like how my front door rattled when people come in and out of their apartments but I fixed it by adding some caulking to the inside of the door frame. The trash area can get a little nasty sometimes too. I've had maintenance come in 3 times and each time, they came within 48 hours and left a note. Overall, I feel pretty safe. I like the gated aspect of this community even though the gate usually stays open long enough for other people to come in behind you but it's better than nothing. So far, I haven't had any bad experiences. The complex is beautiful, the apartment is great, and for the price you can't beat it! I don't know what all the complaints are about :(.

Give it time....Give it time.... You'll no doubt come back and leave a negative review..... The honeymoon period doesn't last very long..... (That is, IF this was written by a REAL renter and NOT a staff person!)

My daughter likes it and she has been there since June. We had no problems to find parking space when we visited her. I don't understand about the complaints either. Only thing is the gas company overcharges my daughter by estimate but not the fault of Riverstone.

You can consider whatever you like, you can report your little heart out, and you can state the obvious about this being an open forum as well, but your thoughts and opinions are in fact based on your "limited" experience just as mine are based on my experiences. Tisk tisk, so sensitive you are. And BTW I never said i wanted a guaranteed spot, I was merely pointing out that it can be frustrating at times watching your neighbors with garages not use them or park in front of them. Like i said before, its all relative. Live here a while before you make any conclusions about this place. I will say this, Riverstone has its issues however the other places around here are far worse so who's complaining? Also, thanks for the advice on the house, i never would have thought of that. It's waaay better to pay rent on an apartment for the rest of my life. You are a genious!
