I have very mised reviews on my experiences at Watermill. I LOVED my nieghbors. They were very sweet people. The managment did a descent job of planning community events also. I must complain about the noise coming from the upstairs neighbor's dog though. If the person upstairs from you has hardwood floors, you are really in for it!!

I loved the management team also. They were very sweet and quick to respond every time I locked myself out! The dog run was a joke, I must admitt. But everyone was pretty good at cleaning up after their dog (which I can't say about my current apt. All in all, this was a very nice place to live. My one bed room apt was VERY small though. No more than 520 sqft. If I knew it was this small I would have chose somewhere else. They will trick you in by not having a model to show. All I can say about this is make sure that you see the apt before you rent one. I have learned from this.
