....the parking is very limited. The neighbors are friendly and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. The price of rent seems fair because of the free gas and electricity provided in it. Compared to other apartment complexes in the area, this one stays ahead of the competition. The grounds are cleaned and maintained each day and the maintainance staff is very helpful. Again, the only real problem is the parking...very limited.
