OK but could be better

I was intially attracted to Watermill because they gave me a 10% discount because I was a college student. However you get what you pay for. The apartment itself was fairly spacious but that was about the only positive aspect of it. The walls were so thin I could hear my downstairs neighbor snoring at night and the floors vibrated with the downstairs neighbor surround sound system. Also solicitors were constant and very pushy. There were a lot of drug dealers also and people would randomly knock on the doors at night. Due to the incompetence of the Rental Office I was forced to pay 10 months' rent instead of the nine month lease that I signed for because they counted the months out wrong in creating the lease. Yet they still forced me to pay for their mistake. I was generally scared to walk up to my apartment alone at night. Overall I would not reccommend this apartment to anyone. While the price is nice it definately isn't worth it. They try to appeal to college students but the apartments and area are all they say they are.
