The Watermill is a wonderful place to live. I have lived here for years and I plan on staying here for at least a few more. The area is good, the neighbors don't bother you and the office staff & maintance workers are very nice and courteous. On the down side the parking isn't always good, but it is decent. Also some noise does carry through the walls, but the it is not overly loud or obnoxious. Pets are excepted, but there is an addition fee for having them. The prices have been known to go up in recent years, but not dramatically. All utilities, gas & electric, are included. If you are not wanting to live near families, the Watermill is not for you.
