Watermill is a very nice community. Yes, there are some issues with parking and towing but if you have a permit you will be fine. The office staff is nice and the neighbors seem cool. I think the people who complain about towing are the ones who don't follow the rules. I have never been towed but my neighbor has been towed twice for not having his permit up. But I don't think that is the fault of the office. Watermil is a good choice in my book.
