GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   First off, the Landlord is not an easy person to get along with. Whenever I encountered this woman, her attitude was the worst I have ever seen. She was (and still is) the most unfriendly and unprofessional individual I will ever meet. If I were looking for an apartment in Owings Mills, I would see the Water Mill and keep on driving. There are plenty of other places. The Maintenance staff and office employees are very friendly; however, the manager (landlord) takes away from the friendly staff and will leave you with a sour taste in your mouth. The apartment walls are incredibly thin and you can hear EVERYTHING, phones ringing, people fighting, music ect. If you are looking for a quiet community DONāT GO TO THE WATERMILL. Regardless of having security on patrol in the evenings, I never felt safe when the sun went down. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.
