Great Rent, Nice Place, Great Staff!!!

I've lived here for eight months. I've lived in several other apartments, condos and homes throughout the US. The Watermill staff, is extremely professional, courteous and very friendly (including the manager). The rent is VERY reasonable. it's a great deal- ALL utilities are included and I get to regulate my heat or A/C when I want - not management. I don't know what I would do if I had to pay utilities (especially now that BGE prices are about to go up)! The grounds are very well kept. Warning notices are sent out if tenants have too many items on their balconies. Carpet cleaning services are provided at a discount.They are always cleaning, pruning, removing leaves, shoveling, etc. (unfortunately though, they shovel walkways thoroughly, but the parking lots they are not as thorough - so snow remains, and it get very icey). If there is a problem - maintenance is on call, friendly, and is prompt and there to fix or help with anything. They even hung my curtain rods for me and offered to hang my curtains! Most of the neighbors are cordial, but there are those that don't speak- (they are usually the ones who make noise and let their kids make noise and rome unsupervised). But management will evict problem tenants. They are very good about that - you just have to call them. There is a school near the complex, so there are alot of kids- (more than I am used to). Parking is not a problem, I've only had two instances when I had to park far away, but it also depends on where you live in the community. I get home after 9:30 pm most nights, and find parking, and feel safe walking to my apt. I also keep up with the permit requirements- so I (and guests) are not towed. Overall, I think its a very well managed, clean and safe community! I have the larger one bedroom available, and it's very spacious!
