i lived at wtaermill apts. for almost 6 yrs. and had to deal with 4 prop mngrs in that time frame. i didnt have any problems with any of them except for one who worked there for a month and she left but the current prop mngr has always been there for me as well as the residents i have talked to. of course the prop mngr will seem like an ass to you who probably deserved it cause your a moron.ive listened to my neighbors talk about the office and when there has been an issue the office staff always took care of the problems in a good amount of time. there was older kids hanging around but the mngt went out and found security officer to git r done and take care of the loitering. i had to move due to a military transfer but id still be at watermill enjoying myself and my friends i met there.
