I just moved to Watermill about 3 months ago...and am regretting it every single day. My apartment is infested with bed bugs that have been biting me all over my body ever since I moved in this place. My closet/patio doors are falling off the hinges, my garbage disposal does not work, the walls and ceilings are filthy...O and did I mention the BED BUGS, that the mgmt is saying I brought into the apartment >:O There are kids EVERYWHERE! Parking is HORRIBLE! The walls are paper thin. The grounds are pretty, but the inside of the apartments are old, falling apart, and dirty. Most of the leasing staff is pretty friendly, but incompetent. ------------- (who is some kind of manager for Southern Management) is a complete -----, who doesn't give a damn about any of the residents. It has been a nightmare every since I've moved into this place...I can't wait until my year lease is up :(

Bed bugs are probably from your mattress. You should toss it and get treatment as well as wash everything you have in hot water. Sorry

I wrote this review and have been trying to get back into my account to delete it for the past year but I can't remember my username or password :( After this situation was resolved, living at watermill became a great experience!
