It's a nice place with a lot of nice people. I was surprised to read the negative things people wrote. I have not had anything bad happen since I lived here. I think some people are just crazy and either impossible to please or just need someone to blame. My neighbor got her car towed (she parked it in front of a dumpster) and yelled and screamed all day about it. It was her fault but she blames the office and said that she was going to write bad things about the office on this site. (That is how I heard about this website). Watermill is my home and it has been a great place to live for many years.
