loud annoying neighbors-people below and to the left seem to have contest to see which can get there television and/or music the loudest all times of night. there is a so called noise ordinance but no one follows it.
not safe-i've had visitors threatened, followed, hit on and harrassed on numerious occassions.
too many kids with no respect-three of my friends in the complex have had there cars vandalized on many occassions but the same kids.
going downhill fast-used to be an okay place to live. some parts are still good but for the most part its getting worst as the years go by.

its inexpensive and utilities are included. the maintenace staff is aweseome.
