I really enjoyed living here! If I ever had an issue, the maintenance staff were very responsive and came quickly. The leasing staff (Gina, Mina, and Hizbawimay be mispelled) WERE AWESOME, KIND, AND CARING! They knew me by name and were very helpful when I moved to ensure that my stay was great. Despite living next to the playground, the children are respectful and considerate and so were the neighbors. They were very friendly. However, life is what you make it. If you don't try to connect with people then hang it up. I loved my hardwood floors (even though I was told that I would have carpet)...it was even better! Where can you find a place that is safe, well-groomed, and have ALL utlities included in your rent'! I am only moving because I am relocating again with my job. However, I looked and asked if Southern Management rented where I am going unfortunately, they don't! But not to fear, if I were to ever return or can help someone make a decision, WATERMILL is a great choice. Try them, I am sure you will like it. They are very quick to respond to your every need.
