I have been living at Watermill for 6 months and I would recommend it to EVERYONE! The staff is always very professional and friendly. Before I even recognize I have a need they have taken care of it. I very seldom have any maintenance issues but when I have they have taken care of it in a manner that has exceeded my expectations. Notices are always left on the residents doors to inform us of up coming events, maintenance situations that may effect us and unfortunate circumstances that may have happened in the area so that we are aware and excercise caution. The only thing I don't "love" is the parking. If I get home after 830-9pm I expect not to have a parking space very close to my home. Sometimes to my surprise there is a spot or 2 left and the alternative parking is not extremely far. Six months ago while shopping around for an apartment I got into reading reviews online and although I love Watermill from the moment I met with the leasing specialist, I almost did not move in becasue of some of the reviews I read online. I am thankful that I decided to move in anyway and I have no reason to move anytime soon unless things take a drastic change for the worst. My suggestion to those shopping around and considering Watermill is if you see and and like it try to find out what building you are going to be living and and what kind of people live in your building. Part of what I like is that my neighbors are quiet and seem to look out for each other. I have NEVER seen a mouse or a roach in my apartment and that is a major plus coming from the awful people I used to rent from (Progressive Property in Dundalk, Apartments on Clarks lane in Baltimore City) STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I am glad that you moved to Watermill! I lived there and was saddened that I had to move...only because I moved to PA! They will remain AWESOME and go out to some of the community activities in the clubhouse...you will enjoy. You will never see a roach! I saw a mouse only once but that is when it got really cold...but they baited and I bought the ultra sonic plugs in the walls that reflect a sound and never sae one again. Maintenance is great! You cannot go anywhere and find 24 hour guarantee for a service call...I LOVED IT and I hope you will too even more. We should get paid for referring people by these reviews...lol! Take care...I lived in 10900 #7...BEST BUY!
