Mina, Hizbawi and Gina are the best residential officers you will ever meet, they actually care. They know you by name and would bend over backward to aid you. Its secure as I have never had a probl;ems with vandalization or theft. The pricing for its location is awesome because it includes utilities. With them It is a win win situation and when you have issues, they responds so quickly: within 24 hrs with me. I know the Handy men by name.
When I wanted to switch apartment, they made it flawless and effortless!! Good Job guys, One snag though: Parking sucks like hell, anytime after 8.30 and you're done for, sometimes you get a spot but most times you park a bit further from where you live and sometimes on the street.
