I've been living at Watermill since August 2006 and in the beginning my experience wasn't too great because there was a bug problem in my apartment that made living here horrible. As a matter of fact, I wrote one of the previous negative entries because I was so frustrated and felt like management wasn't doing everything they could to resolve the problem. But as I look back, I now realize that it wasn't the staff's fault that there were bugs in the apartment and I shouldn't have been so harsh. Minna (the property mgr) was great! She made sure the exterminator came and completely got rid of the bugs and she even watched my kitten in the leasing office for me while I went to work so that they could spray my apt without the fumes harming her! Since then I haven't seen not one bug in my apt and my experience living at Watermill has been wonderful. Regeana and Hizbawi are also very friendly and helpful...I don't know the new staff too well but they seem okay. The walls are thin and I do hear my neighbors but that is to be expected in an apt. And the parking has gotten alot better. There are alot of kids in the neighborhood, but most are friendly...even helping me carry groceries, etc. It's a very pretty neighborhood and you can't be free utilities! I'm moving soon only because I need to be closer to my job and I need a washer/dryer in my apartment but I will definitely miss Watermill and I would highly recommend it!
